What is your envy telling you?

Envy is one of the seven deadly sins*. We berate ourselves when we feel envy -but what if we listened to what it was trying to tell us instead?
What if envy was actually inspiration in disguise?
What if it was showing you what you want and what is possible?
Before I started on my coaching journey, whenever I met a self-employed woman who loved their job, I felt pangs of envy. What was special about them that meant they could make it work when I ‘couldn’t’?
Coaching helped me question my beliefs around status, money and security and opened the door to see these women as inspirational -a sign that I could do it too.
Inspiration only feels like envy when we lock ourselves inside a cage of limiting beliefs.
Who or what makes you feel envy?
What is that envy trying to tell you?
What is stopping you from having what you are envious of?
Which beliefs would have to change for you to turn envy to inspiration?
